Need an afternoon break? Please visit our peaceful sanctuary, Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, for a free guided meditation. Or just drop in for your own silent time to sit and meditate. Everyone welcome!
Session will include:
- Brief Introduction
- Guided Meditation (based on Meditations for Relaxation or Meditations for a Clear Mind)
- Conclusion – Advice on How to Apply Meditation Daily Life
- Tuesday & Thursdays, on the HALF-HOUR from 3:00 – 5:00pm (3, 3:30, 4, 4:30p)
Benefits of Meditation:
So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind, and many of the problems we experience, including ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress. Just by doing breathing meditation for ten or fifteen minutes each day, we will be able to reduce this stress.
