These experiential classes are based on the book, The Mirror of Dharma With Additions. This short but powerful text offers us practical advice on how we can solve our daily problems of uncontrolled desire, anger and ignorance, and how to make our human life meaningful. It gives us tools to deal positively with any situation we meet, so we gradually become a source of inspiration, strength, and joy to others.
Each class, led by Resident Teacher Gen Khedrub, includes:
