Developing Better Relationships with friends, family and the world
Relationships matter greatly, but they can also be the source of constant frustration, irritation, and anxiety. Whether it is with our family, our friends, or the world at large, if our mind is not in the right place, our connection with others can end up bringing us down. Even though it feels like our friction with others comes “from them”, Buddhist meditation teachings help us see how, by just changing our own mind and inner responses, we can have far better and more meaningful interactions and relationships with the people in our life.
Meditations on accepting others and cherishing love are key to accomplishing this change of mind toward others. By being introduced to these meditations and training in making these mindsets part of our daily lives, we will gradually see marked improvements in how we feel towards others and feel much happier in general.
The workshop is suitable for everyone, including beginners. It will include guided meditations, short talks and time for Q & A.
Everyone is welcome!
