Training in Loving-Kindness

With a beautiful mind of loving-kindness, our relationships will greatly improve and we will have the confidence to fulfill our potential. Our whole life can become meditation, the cultivation of positive minds, simply through following the Buddhist way of loving-kindness in everything we do.
No previous meditation experience necessary! Everyone welcome.
This series will be based on the chapter ‘Meaningful Objects’, from the book How To Transform Your Life, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

We’ll wrap up class around 8p and gather on down at City Feed & Supply on Centre Street to grab a bite to eat or drink and hang out for a bit, continuing conversation and getting to know one another socially. Please join for a nice time with new friends!
