Making Meditation Work for You
MONDAYS | February 19 – March 12
Meditation is useful and helpful even when we are beginners, but we can enhance and refine our meditation practice through using the teachings on meditative concentration.
This course will provide a chance for us to evaluate how our meditation practice is going so far, what are our obstacles to finding time to meditate and meditate effectively, and how we can fine-tune our practice so we can make it as impactful, meaningful, and enjoyable as possible!
February 19 | Problems Depend Upon Perspective
February 26 | Becoming Free Through Meditation
