Meditate on Father’s Day
To celebrate Father’s Day, this course will look at fine-tuning meditation! We will focus on some tips, tricks, and techniques for effective meditation practice. There will also be some advice on setting up a daily meditation practice, proper posture, and maneuvering some difficulties that may occur in meditation.
Please come with any thoughts or questions you have had about meditation as we will be focused on working out any confusion, issues, or obstacles that people may have. This will be particularly beginner friendly, so new, aspiring, or novice meditators are especially welcome!
