Learning to think positively and abandon negative attitudes is the best way to improve the quality of our life. Thinking “positively” in this case doesn’t mean pretending we don’t have problems or forcing a positive spin while underneath, feeling upset and dissatisfied. Instead, it means learning through our own internal investigation, how to identify and let go of the perspectives that keep us stuck in habitual, negative patterns of mind and developing the skill to authentically transform our mind by meditating on new perspectives of how we view our self, others and the world.
This course will provide indispensable meditative methods to allow this mental shift to occur by allowing us to become more flexible internally in order to let go of “stuck” ways of being in our life through developing acceptance, contentment and empathy.
